Pike (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p) This level helps children develop pool behavior, adjustment to the water, and develop independent movement in the water. This level is designed for the beginner and very elementary skills are practiced. Floatation devices are used throughout all lessons.
Eel (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p) This level is for the intermediate beginner and reinforces "Pike" skills. Children are taught to flutter kick and will be able to swim one length of the pool by the end of this session. 
Polliwog (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p) This is the beginning level for school-aged children. By the end of this session, children should know how to successfully move around in the pool without assistance. Guppy (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-5:05p) Children will review "Polliwog" skills and begin to swim without floatation devices. They will also be introduced to the breast stroke, side stroke, and elementary back stroke. | Ray (Tuesday/Thursday 5:20-5:55p) At this level, children begin to build swimming endurance and improve in their stroke development. Children will be able to front crawl and back stroke without assistance by the end of this session.

Starfish (Tuesday/Thursday 5:20-5:55p) Children at this level will begin to work on underwater skills and "Ray" skills will be reinforced. 
Minnow/Fish (Tuesday/Thursday 5:20-5:55p) These combined groups will work on refining the different strokes and begin to learn diving skills. 
Flying Fish/Shark (Tuesday/Thursday 5:20p-5:55p) This is an advanced group in which children will learn skills used in competitive swimming. |
