The Cass County Family Y will be hosting the 13th Annual River City Triathlon to be held on June 14th, 2008, at France Park. The Triathlon will consist of a 14.4 mile bike, 3.3 mile run, and 500 yard swim. Registrations will be taken until 7:15am the day of the race. You may register online at the Cass County YMCA. | 28th Annual Iron Horse Run/Walk [2008 Results Now Available] |

A 4-mile run and 3-mile competitive walk will be held at the Cass County Family YMCA. The fees for the 4-mile run and 3-mile walk are $15 on or before July 12th, 2008, and $20 after July 2nd, 2008. There will be a post-race awards ceremony with a picnic and refreshments. Registration forms are available at the Y, or you can register online. |

| Halloween At the Y |

Halloween at the Y is a fun family event and a great way to enjoy Halloween in a safe, supervised environment. Children can participate in several spooky games and contests and receive many prizes. Each child dressed in costume will receive a goody bag filled with surprises. |
| 11th Annual Turkey Trot 4 Mile Run [2007 Results Now Available] |
 • Thanksgiving Day (November 22nd) 2007, 8:00 am
Located at the Cass County Family YMCA, this 4-mile race is a great way to get some exercise before you enjoy your holiday feast. The Turkey Trot entry fee is $12 before November 20th and $15 on or after November 20th. The cost of the race does include a T-Shirt for the first 150 registered participants. Registration forms are available at the YMCA, or register online. |
