Family health is a priority for the YMCA. The YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a nationwide celebration of children’s health and fitness. The activities throughout the event are designed to promote healthy lifestyles and encourage families to spend time getting and staying healthy together.

The Cass County Family Y will be hosting the 14th Annual River City Triathlon to be held on June 13th, 2009, at France Park. The Triathlon will consist of a 14.4 mile bike, 3.3 mile run, and 500 yard swim. Registrations will be taken until 7:15am the day of the race. You may
register online at the Cass County YMCA. |

| Halloween At the Y |

Halloween at the Y is a fun family event and a great way to enjoy Halloween in a safe, supervised environment. Children can participate in several spooky games and contests and receive many prizes. Each child dressed in costume will receive a goody bag filled with surprises. |
| 13th Annual Turkey Trot 4 Mile Run [2008 Results Now Available] |

Located at the Cass County Family YMCA, this 4-mile race is a great way to get some exercise before you enjoy your holiday feast. The Turkey Trot entry fee is
$12 before November 23rd and $15 on or after November 24th. The cost of the race does include a T-Shirt for the first 150 registered participants. Registration forms are available at the YMCA, or register online. |
